This is a good drink after you wake up in the morning as it helps to flush out the toxins. Add 2 spoons to a glass full of water and consume. But I would suggest to see if the taste is okay with you, else add only 1 spoon as it a concentrated solution. It has a really strong smell and flavour so you feel some uncomfortable in your throat and in your nose while drinking it. I also use it a toner by adding 2 drops to a spoon of gulab jal and it immediately tightens my skin and gives a healthy glow. I even add it to my bucket of bathing water and assume it will act as a mild cleaner.
