One box makes one 8 cake, (similar to a store bought 1kg cake with icing) OR two 6 cakes (similar to two ½ kg cakes with icing) Or up to 24 cupcakes. This cake is a favourite with your fussy kids, and also with the equally fussy grown-ups in our lives. So whats the secret? We use no maida, no refined sugar, no preservatives, no emulsifiers or gums. Just healthy ingredients like Jowar and Sweet Potato that are packed with Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Vitamin B. Two delicious ways to make our cake! Either make the cake high protein with eggs and butter this gives it a fluffier texture. OR make it eggless with water and butter/oil this gives it a fudgier texture. Both are equally delicious and ready in just a few minutes!
