Great Alternative To Butter!

Though I never used coconut oil in my cooking, when I came across an article saying coconut oil to be a healthier substitute for butter in cooking and baking, I immediately ordered the same and found it really useful. I love the aroma; it has a mild sweet smell. I usually use it for sauting vegetables and use it in my smoothies as I'm a vegan.
