How to use
Soft roti/chapati
In a bowl, add 1 cup atta, 1/4 tsp salt (optional).
Add ½ cup water, a little at a time; mix.
Knead 8-10 min till smooth; rest 15 min covered.
Divide into balls; roll to 5-6 inch discs with dry flour.
Cook on a hot tawa: 30-40 sec each side, then puff on flame or press edges to puff.
Brush with ghee (optional) and serve.
Tip: For softer rotis, add 12 tsp oil while kneading.
