When you lead an active lifestyle, your period can be quite the bummer! Fortunately, our regular pack of mini tampons are just what you need. Specially designed for young people between the ages of 16-20, these tampons are smaller in size compared to regular tampons so they won't feel as invasive. With a tampon in place, you can go running, hiking, swimming or take up any other activity without worrying about leaks, stains and odours.
How to use - Wash your hands with soap and water. Tear the paper wrap from the edges to take out the tampon. Throw the paper wrap in a bin. Hold the tampon string and pull on it quickly and firmly a couple of times to make sure it is secured to the tampon. Sit comfortably on the toilet seat or in squatting position or stand with one leg raised and resting on the toilet seat. Locate your vaginal opening with your fingers.
Now push your index finger into the hollow at the end of the tampon and place it at the vaginal opening at an angle. The more relaxed you are, the easier it will be.
Using the index finger, start pushing the tampon slowly and gently at an angle.
Push the tampon inside as far as possible till you can no longer feel it. If you feel any discomfort, remove the tampon using the string, wash your hands and try again with a fresh tampon. The tampon can be removed by slowly pulling the string downwards and outwards. Once the tampon has been removed, wash your hands with soap and water. Wrap the used tampon in toilet paper and throw it in a bin.
