Palm Jaggery is obtained from the nectar of the flowers growing high in the palmyra trees. These flowers are opened to collect the liquid flower nectar, which is then air tried to form crystalline palm jaggery. It is naturally rich in a number of key vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, including potassium, zinc, iron, and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6. Palm Jaggery can be used exactly like normal sugar. It is a nutrient-rich, low-glycemic crystalline sweetener that looks, dissolves and melts almost like sugar, but it's completely natural and unrefined.
