How to make Chocolate Almond Tart

Golden fried gujiyas filled with a sweet and nutty filling - the perfect Holi treat!
Ingredients -
Wheat flour
A2 Desi Cow Ghee - 500ml jivika naturals
pinch of salt
water to knead a hard dough

?? For Tart Crust :
2 cups almond flour from Healthy Because
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp coconut oil from Conscious Food
3 tbsp wild raw honey from Praakritik
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Press the mixture well on a tart tray & bake at 175C for 15-18mins or refrigerate for 45mins. (I personally prefer baking it)
For Tart Filling :
250ml thick coconut milk (room temperature)
1 + 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips from Bean to Bark
Pinch of salt
Melt the chocolate chips with coconut milk using a double boiler method. (takes about 8-10mins)
Pour mildly warm mixture on the completely cooled tart crust & refrigerate for 6-10hours (overnight preferably)
Serve the tart with some Jimmy’s cocktail?
