How to make the kind of dosas you grew up with, but healthier
Mix 1 measure pre-mix + ½ measure water + ½ measure curd (optional)
Mix well until smooth, add salt as per your taste, and let it sit for 30 min.
Want extra flavour? Add cumin, green chillies, coriander leaves, or anything else.
