How to use:-

6. For the forehead, start upward motions from your eyebrows to the hairline.
7. You can now massage the rest of your face with the smaller roller starting with the under eye and moving to the nose, and lips, trying to maintain an upward motion.
8. The last few strokes need to be from the center of your forehead towards the temple points for ultimate relaxation.
