I use this in the evening and sometimes at day time too, when my skin feels dehydrated, this smooths the skin out and leaves my skin hydrated but not oily. It is more like a serum but I love this consistency. Never use this with a cotton pad, pat it in with your fingers, otherwise the cotton pad will soak it all up. Generally don't apply toner with a cotton pad! always with the fingers.My favourite
