How to use :-
The key to inserting a menstrual cup is to relax your body. Remember, the more tense you are, the more difficult it will be to insert a menstrual cup.
Sit on the toilet seat and spread your legs apart. You can also bring one leg up toward your chest to help manoeuvre the Z Cup.
Fold the cup according to your preferred fold. Since the Z Cup is made from medical grade silicone, it is extremely soft and will roll as thin as a tampon or your ring finger.
Now gently, insert the cup using your fingers to guide it inside your body.
Once inside, the cup will pop open and will be ready to collect your flow.
Remember, if you can feel the cup after insertion, it means you havent worn it correctly. Remove and reinsert. You shouldnt be able to feel it inside you.
